You'll say: OMG what a luxury! The whole basement of the house dedicated only to a dog! So what? If you can let yourself and if the dog is as a family member for you as well as any other two-leg person, I don't see anything bad in that.

The interior of this house in China was adapted to a dog with indisposition (inborn joint disease). Architects studied needs of the clients and the dog very carefully and picked the colors, materials and shapes according to this. Practically the whole basement has been dedicated for a dog that I'm mentioning (it's not the big deal because the whole area is equal 400 sq.m). The floor is soft, footlights and stairs are covered with water-resistant and antislip cover and two separate bathrooms only for a dog are designed here.

One of them leads to a vet zone where a specific table on which a dog can appear walking the footlight has been designed. A smaller bathroom has a very lovely bath with footmarks where a dog is washed. The room is covered with the sound resistant curtain so that a barking was not heart while taking a bath.

Even illumination as well as colour palette have been chosen so that the dog was not irritated, as their eyes have two-type colour receptors. Based on the data of the last year dogs can recognise the colour yellow, blue and transitional colours, therefore, architects attribute separate colours for each floor (there're three of them), respectively.

For example, for the first floor where there's a kitchen, dining room and guest room, soft pink, blue and grey colours have been chosen. The second floor which fits bedrooms, has been painted with the colours grey and white, well, and in the basement we see light blue, pink and white colours. In addition, in all the premises minimalism and calmness (at least for me) is rather easily felt.

For me, as for a dog lover, it's really nice that there're people who care of their pets so much. There's a big question if all that will be used after the pet isn't here anymore. Maybe the landlords will take another dog with indisposition that would be really nice. What do you think about such premises? Please write in comments under the article.

Man taip pat labai patiko ši idėja - ypač, jeigu ją galima įgyvendinti kitiems šunims - ne tik savam :)
