I’ve found this apartment interior completely randomly, and only later, when I started to be interested about it I noticed that there’s a possibility to live here for 550Eur/night. The price is really high, however, the interior and its location are perfect and you even get personal assistant for free! You can check airbnb link here.
But I’ll better tell you about the interior that stimulated me to write an article about it. I’ve been thinking a lot to which style to assign it but I haven’t come up with any idea. I think that it has a little of everything but eclecticism doesn’t tick the eyes and looks quite harmonious. I like naming these interiors contemporary, as limits among styles are minimal right now, and they’re not limited due to their numbers anymore. Use anything you want but pay attention that the whole image would look harmonious.
Golden details, stone surfaces and classical mouldings as well as wooden herringbone floor used in all the rooms bring luxury to an interior. Different colours used in the rooms bring exclusiveness to this apartment.
Modern furniture, accessories and classical decoration of walls and floors are gently combined in a living room. I like shelves designed around a fireplace where inner mirrors reflect the space and classical fireplace with the picture becomes the main focus of this room.
Different moods prevail in the kitchen. Industrial style details as well as dark colours lightened with light marble and rather light wood are the queens here. The same dark blue colour is also used in the next room (for a bookshelf), bordering with a bedroom and in the bathroom.
There’re 3 bedrooms in total and 3,5 bathrooms (probably one of the rooms doesn’t have a bathroom and a shower). Each one distinguishes itself by different colour range and mood. One of them is in brown ,grey, white and golden details. Another one is a bit brighter with pink colour walls where a bathroom is visible and looks rather luxurious. In the sense of design that’s completely contemporary. Concealed mixers, terrazzo tiles and sink as well as gold perfectly fit with each other.
We also see green-golden bathroom where classical style freestanding bath with curtains and funny mosaic floor tiles have been interblent. A third bathroom is the cosiest and most eclectic for me personally. Well that’s wonderful how different styles are combined (in this case modern, classical and industrial). In the last photo comparatively simple design bedroom is visible to which the third bathroom belongs.
All in all the interior is really interesting. That’s a perfect example how masterly it’s possible to combine different styles not losing wholeness. In my opinion, one of the main works to retain wholeness has been made by golden details. If not them some joining element would lack.
